Custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect exists.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size before production.

Additional charges may apply for resizing certain rings after purchase.

Some eternity bands and custom designs cannot be resized.

Jewelry Repairs

Repair estimates are provided based on the visible condition of an item.

While we exercise the highest level of care, older or previously repaired jewelry may have hidden weaknesses that become apparent during the repair process.

Bottoni Jewelers is not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural issues discovered during repair.

Repair completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Watch Repairs

Watch repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability and manufacturer requirements.

Manufacturer warranties may be affected by third-party repairs.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.
